Dawkins is playing much better than he played to start the year. He was excellent last week and quite good down the stretch.
And Brown's come a ways since the start of the year.

Yeah, as far as "taking the sting out", I think it only works when it's a big upset.
Steelers beat Chiefs, meltdown ensues.... then the Steelers beat the Titans and Bills and people think, well shit, maybe they were actually okay and the Chiefs' loss doesn't look as terrible.
Buuut.... in this case, 1) the Patriots are just awful and no amount of Bills winning would make you feel better about it, and 2) the Patriots raped for 2 decades and should know they've had it comin for a while, and the Bills especially will take it out on them.
