He hasn't been a problem per say....but he needs to be a playmaker if this defense is gonna make some improvements.
Still worried about CB depth ....Veach really banking on Baker and Hughes living up to their draft selections...imo Breeland should've been resigned to a deal.
And hopefully there's more to the DL (pass rush) than we're being told.
I could be wrong, but haven't you been worried about CB depth for like the past 10 years?

Maybe, but what we’ve seen of Gay has mostly been really good. Hardman has mostly sucked. If Gay plays a bunch this year and keeps looking good my opinion on him doesn’t change much, I’m just less frustrated with the coaching staff. If Hardman becomes really good I’ll be shocked and actually think “he’s much improved!” [Reply]
