Just like #ChiefsKingdom has always been there for me and my family, we want to be there for them.❤️
The @Chiefs have launched #KCStrong, an emergency response fund supporting victims and their families, violence prevention and mental health services, and first responders.… pic.twitter.com/sYMnPgCWL0
Friendly mod reminder, this thread is about yesterday's shooting. Not about gun control, gun laws, politics, or anything of that nature. If you need everyone to know what's wrong in this world and how you'd fix it, grab your megaphone and soapbox and take it to DC, thanks. [Reply]

He doesn’t have to say anything. He is in no danger of losing voters due to inaction [Reply]

That account is one of the largest disinformation accounts on Twitter, and no, obviously those are not the guys or they wouldn’t be casually loading them up with just two or three cops around [Reply]

No I'm talking about the black pants in the picture with the kids in front of the paddy wagon. [Reply]

The guy tackled with a gun was wearing a tan jacket as shown below.

One surprising thing here is that the bulge should have put up a red flag to anybody who is familiar with this type of firearm. If I see that at an event like this, I'm going to immediately flag down a cop and let him know. Hard to believe this punk was milling around in a crowd of thousands and nobody picked up on it.
Can the buffer tube be screwed on and off easily? If so they may only have attached it right before the shooting, but not had time to disassemble it afterwards. [Reply]
