Not to give a foul on Mcnabb before that Oilers winner was an utter disgrace and a total robbery. Proud of my guys the way we battled tonight and I still think we're in this series. Hell we were in the Oilers position against Dallas last playoffs and suddenly Dallas ripped off three wins in a row. But clearly game three is must win now.
Petro came back but had a mixed game.
Praying Mcnabb will be back for game three but not sure. He'd be a big miss if he's out.
Hill made some good saves but let in a few soft ones.
We can't allow their fourth line to have the impact they had tonight. Just can't.
Eichel got three points but one goal this playoffs is rough. Him, Barby and Stone had an incredible line in the regular season (the best in the league apparently) but have found goals hard to come by in the playoffs which needs to change now.
Our power play is the best in the league and continues to be deadly which is encouraging.
Olofsson got two tonight which is a promising sign.
Our top scorer (Dorofeyev) was back skating today so hopefully he'll be returning for game three.
Tough loss to take but I still see a path forward for us. However if puck luck and missed calls keep going the Oilers way then no doubt we're in trouble.
