This is now the 11th championship meeting in the 4 major sports between St. Louis and Boston, and 4th in nearly 20 years. No other city in North America can say that. Remarkable. [Reply]

Rams getting downed by the Pats in SB XXXVI opened off this nightmare world of ceaseless Boston championship seasons. Be nice if STL could end the cycle by closing the Hellmouth. [Reply]

Ha ! Tell me about it. Tired of losing to those Chowderheads. It's bad enough they have our native sons (Tatum and Frederic), for goodness sake. [Reply]
Even Massholes can’t make me root for Shit Louis. The last championship in a professional sport to come out of Missouri was from KC. Let’s keep it that way! [Reply]

My exact sentiments. After my Lightning were swept and all my underdog picks have been eliminated, Vegas, Sharks, Columbus, Carolina, Stars and Islanders. There are two teams I would never root for, Bruins and Penguins. Go Blues!!! [Reply]
I woke up this morning still stunned, still not sure if what I saw last night really happened.
The Blues, a team I've followed since I was a teenager, has advanced to the Finals for the first time in my life. The first time in 49 years. And the way they did it, going from the worst team in the NHL on January 3rd, with great team defense, the best rookie goalie I've ever seen, great team fore- and back- checking, Tarasenko finally playing a complete game on offense and defense and even hitting! It's like a movie script.
I'm all in. Watch out Bruins, here comes the best St. Louis Blues team I've ever seen. [Reply]
