Asking that buttfucking moron to do math equations, is like asking Helen Keller for directions to the closest Tractor Supply. [Reply]

NO ... it was serious, to the extent I'm still trying to get past all the angry, non-stop attacks, and to a point where we treat each other like human beings.
Not a troll, either ... go thru my posts, you'll see I'm very respectful and complimentary of Reid, Mahomes, Thune-Creed-Smith, Arrowhead Stadium and especially Lamar Hunt, a truly great man. I don't even post about or discuss the games - nobody here will converse with me.
And I've posted ONLY in this thread. There's a Chiefs fan on the Orange Huddle, and he's everywhere - carpet-bombing negative comments everywhere. Plus he starts more threads than any other user. He's a good guy - kind of. But a rude and remorseless scurvy ass-troll. I rail on him all the time "stop starting threads," "stop spending all your time on a bronco's site," "limit your comments to certain threads."
I figure me getting up on my high horse so often against him, I should follow the same rules when I visit here. So I do.
And you guys gotta shed your expectations that I'm gonna turn on my team, or not defend them, or agree with your nonsense criticisms of the Broncos and their history. None of that's ever gonna happen. [Reply]

"F***face," really?!
Whatever ... I don't care, in fact I'm sure it's what you say it is, I believe you.
Besides, criticizing somebody for WHEN they post has dropped into 2nd place on the "Top 10 Dumbest Complaints" list. Somebody yesterday complained I was using stats from a YouTube video instead of the NFL's official site ... :-)
Several of you are in violation of the SNR Rule, a misdemeanor, that bans posting after 1 a.m. You'll be sanctioned appropriately soon. The following are now cited for this violation:
I know I know, RealSNR violated his own rule. But to his credit he didn't say "no, don't cite me for that," he said it would be hypocritical to let him off the hook just because it's his rule (I'm as surprised as the rest of you!)
And no, as a duly authorized Planet Police Officer, I cannot be cited for THIS post, this post is in performance of my duties. But I posted earlier, after 1 but before my shift started, so ...
And screw all of you, that Gene Wilder post was funny! The fact not a single one of you commented might be the greatest indictment yet of the sad obsessive and hateful insecurity of this place. [Reply]

What is the problem with everyone in here? You pretend not to understand that it's perfectly logical to make statistical analyses based on the merger date forward. That's what that video did, and what countless other deep-dive statistics do, you see these EVERY DAY.
If you want to compare teams back to and including AFL stats, your comparison pool gets whittled down to 8, maybe 10 ... but even so, that's also a perfectly logical period to analyze, even though it excludes NFL Franchises.
YouTube is NOT an authoritative source. Your reliance on a questionable source to make your point for you makes your conclusions invalid. Garbage in, garbage out. Just because some doofus posted a video that starts counting at a point in time that is convenient to you, it doesn't mean his decision to do so was reasonable.
The Broncos were a truly shitty franchise for the first 13 years. They failed to finish with a record over .500 at any point during that time. They finished .500 just a single time in 1962. They had a cumulative record of 53-123-6 for a winning percentage of .3128.
We all know why it is that you want to ignore that period of Broncos history, but it is part of your history. You don't get to discount it just because you find it inconvenient just like you don't get to ignore your horrific Super Bowl appearances and your poor record against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs have been a superior franchise to the Broncos over the course of our shared histories and you don't like that, so you cover your eyes and pretend you don't see the bad years, but facts are stubborn things. They exist whether you acknowledge them or not.

One more bit of information for you. I went to the NFL official site and found their standings page for all the seasons. Here is a link to the standings page for 1961:

You'll notice that they list the AFL teams and their records there mixed in with the NFL teams.
So, the official NFL website treats the AFL history as part of the NFL history.
Boom! There it is! Now maybe Donko Buffoon can move on from this ridiculous notion that has plagued this thread all season. SMH. If not, I would hope that a mod would kick him out of the thread. He has made it unbearable to follow the thread. I used to enjoy coming to this thread. Knowshit was a blind homer. But I got a laugh out of his posts. This idiot has just been annoying with his obsession to validate the Donks over the past 50+ years by acting like the first decade never happened. Talk about beating a dead horse. [Reply]

(A) Rubbish -- anyone can check an earlier post of yours & see that the first attack came from you because you were butt-hurt about the evidence posted about Donkeys cheating salary cap & exposing Bowlen's lie about "deferring payments to build a new a stadium". You've simply been counter-attacked and rightfully so.
(B) Are you stupid enough to think that means anyone here is obligated to butter up to Donktards like you or your cheating, scandalous Donkey laughing stock franchise? Totally delusional.
(C) Big deal. Do you think that grants you the privilege of coming here & posting your stupid Donktard mythology which is easily refuted by facts & evidence?
(D) The blind leading the blind equals both falling into the ditch together. You're trying to defend that which is indefensible, which makes you just as joke-level as your cheating, scandalous Donkeys franchise.
Donkeys all-time SB reccord is 0 wins, 5 losses, and 3 given to them as going-away presents (two to Turd Elway and one to 5-head Manning).
And why did Elway's throwing style look like Elway was pulling a turd out of his back pocket.............especially compared to just about every other QB that played the game that anyone can think of. [Reply]

(D) ALL OF THEM DO THIS. Buffy is just OBSESSED with it. :-)
See, ALL DonkTards have told themselves over and over again that when they cheated, and violated the salary cap, during their first two Super Bowl seasons, that they got no competitive advantage on the field. They live in a world, where if you say things over and over and over again, you talk it into existence, their truth so to speak. But everyone, outside of them knows that the Denver Broncos cheated, and violated the salary cap during their Super Bowl seasons. They don't win it without doing so. Al Davis called them out on it and he was spot on. We are simply reminding Buffy of the truth and he cant handle it. :-) [Reply]

Exactly right. They are only left to lie & deny reality. Buffy has provided not one shred of solid refutation, but only stupid one-line dismissals of "hurr durr I am right & you are wrong" and thinks that cements his argument. [Reply]

He can’t cherry pick Super Bowl titles.
We have more. They have less.
In about 5 years they’re going to have waaaay less [Reply]
