After last week it was pretty clear we were headed toward Fatal Attractions, but I wasn't sure if they'd really do it. They kind of pussed out on showing it though, with the freeze frame. I wonder if it was too graphic or too expensive.

Nice try Jamie!! I won't see the episode until tonight!! Not gonna get me to hit that spoiler..... [Reply]
Deal breaker for me. Dude was the most 90's character ever created. Nothing but casual seggs, luck as a damned power, and the most glorious mullet that has ever existed on top of black leather. [Reply]

Spoiler!
Probably too graphic, they likely are only allowed a certain amount of animated blood and gore per episode to keep the rating. Alot of head scratchers this week, first off with wtf Scott? All this is on him, disrupting the Professor when he had Magneto where he wanted him but he blasts his eye beam saying "Gold team needs more time." What Professor X was doing was probably going to end Bastion through Magneto's power, just a dumb decision for no apparent reason. They better explain that one next week, also Sinister's mind control of Cable came out of nowhere and seemed off, like how did he end up getting control over Cable's mind? Guess we'll find out next week.
Looks like the show is headed towards the Wolverine working with Apocalypse storyline to get his adamantium back, maybe that's how they bring back Gambit too next season. One could only hope.
Well based on all the comments I guess I better check this out, figured they were just looking to make a quick nostalgic buck but it sounds like it's legit. [Reply]
This episode was fucking bananas. Can't believe they went there. I was skeptical going in, but this has more than exceeded my expectations. I'm not usually a cartoon/animated guy, but if it is done well (Spiderverse, ATLA, this) I'll def watch it. [Reply]
One thing that I just don't get is why everyone is like "Magneto is a huge piece of shit for doing what he did to the EMF of earth! We have to stop him!"
Bro, y'all were absolutely fucking dead if he didn't do what he did. Like it was the end of the road for pretty much every mutant. Magneto saved all of their asses and their first thought is "wtf, dude?"
Another thing that Im not understanding is why did cyclops decide to blast Xavier? All he had to do is be like "hey bud now that you have control of all this dudes faculties let's hold off on this whole reversing thing until the other team has had more time. Jean showed some bad shit going down."

if they turn the electricity back on before bastion is taken care of all of the prime sentinels go back online. Essentially dooming all mutants.

.
Spoiler!
He probably always had control over Cable? He did have him as a baby and probably programmed it then.
Did Cable have any interactions with sinister in the cartoon before?

Hell, he could turn into Magneto and Proffesor X could do everything he wanted without having to use Magneto.
Why doesn’t he just turn into Thor every episode?
In all seriousness, I do love having him around just to be able to get some different looks each week. From memory, we’ve seen Colossus, Lady Deathstrike, Quicksilver and Hulk from Morph alone. That’s pretty awesome.

You always have to keep the X-Men’s end goal in mind. They want peace between humans and mutants. They know the ramifications of Magneto’s action will make that peace nearly impossible. They said he killed thousands at least.

I realize that, but instead of blasting the professor he could have told him to not turn the electricity on and give them more time. Xavier had complete control over Magneto, so he was no longer a threat.

I was trying to think of how he killed anyone with what he did, but I guess people need electricity when hooked up to life support stuff like that, but what other option did he have? Everyone was going to die if he didn't do what he did.
