The Chiefs are in much better position than I expected given the starting schedule. Even though some of the teams weren't as strong as last year, I believe it's important to appreciate what they have and might yet still accomplish.
It is after all, just a game. Run by billionaires, making athletes millionaires, all for our enjoyment. Yeah right, anyone wanna buy a bridge? [Reply]

I wonder how they will flex the week 18 games.
If things work out like we expect the game that could decide the #1 seeding is the Chiefs vs Raiders. Not sure that’s going to be the best game, but it could end up being the most important. In the past, however, they don’t like to split up games if there’s a risk one team may learn they don’t need to play their starters so who knows what they’ll do at the end of the day. [Reply]
They added the 7th seed for the 2020-2021 postseason. That year, KC and GB were the #1 seeds. Chiefs went to the SB and Packers went to the NFCCG.
You sure? I believe the first year they added the 7th seed was was last season, 21-22. We Played Pittsburgh and round one and blew them out. Tenn got the bye cuz they were #1. The following week the Titans lost to the Bengals, so since we were the #2 seed, we got home field throughout.
At least I thought that's how it went down. [Reply]
