Can't believe the regular season starts tonight. Just seemed like the Finals ended a couple weeks ago.

Philly vs Celtics: 6:30PM CST TNT

GSW vs Lakers: 9:00PM CST TNT

The play-in game, I assume you mean? Who gives a **** about the play-in game? None of those teams in the standings there are doing anything against actual good teams.

And here we get to the real reason why people hate LeBron, insecurity about him being better than MJ.

P.S. even if you think MJ is better than LeBron, acting like he's leaps & bounds better than LeBron is stupid. He's not. https://t.co/GCG5XAR2pb

"insecurity"

The irony with how much you have to overcompensate on a Chiefs forum.

10% of your posts are probably some variation of "Lebron is the GOAT".

Team LeBron is an historic 5-0 in this All-Star format. Time to make it 6-0 after these picks tonight.

I mean there's only been a decade or so in the interim.

Y'know - both things can be true.

He went to Miami as a team-jumping ring chaser and got his rings. Then he went to LA as a disingenuous huckster.

See - this isn't that difficult.

They're decent at this point.

Now that they've jettisoned most of the bullshit he foisted onto them.

Look - I understand you have to make a 2 game deficit for the play-in seem like some insurmountable mountain so you can build your hero up if/when they make it.

But his fingerprints are all over this mess and the least he could do at this point is lace up his shoes and do everything he can to dig them out of it.

He's literally doing and has done the same thing his entire career since leaving Cleveland the first time. He brought AD along to LA with him to win titles (which they did) and then backed one of the dumbest trades in modern NBA history (bringing Westbrook in a couple of years off of him being an elite player) in a misguided attempt to win more titles.

It's a safe bet that if he determines he has zero chance of winning another title in LA that he's going to go at it somewhere else again. Now it may be possible that he's satisfied with his career accolades at this point (he's got the most impressive career in totality in the history of the game after all), but let's hope he wants one more title or two. I'd love to see the MJ fans meltdown even more as LeBron wins titles as a secondary player (which would have the dual effect of getting him closer to MJ and exposing the rings argument for the nonsense that it actually is).

They're decent only when LeBron and AD actually play in the games. Given their track records of late (and LeBron got hurt again last night), there's little reason to think either one is going to play 20+ of their remaining games. If they do, they'll make the play-in (for however little that is worth) and lose in the 1st round at best anyway.

Only if the league steps in and doesn’t make them play playoff games on the road. It will be interesting to see who they matchup against in the play-in game. The league will definitely be rooting for a Lakers Warriors matchups

So "Accessory Before the Fact" in his scouting report hasn't done Brandon Miller's stock any favors, eh?

Number of times dropping 40+ points while being suspected of murder:

Brandon Miller: 1
LeBron James: 0
Michael Jordan: 0 https://t.co/53Lia9W9mz

The DA saying "we didn't have anything we could charge him with" is the most blatant example of protecting a star player I have ever seen.

The dude got a call, retrieved the co-defendant's gun, brought it TO the scene for him, gave it to him and then parked his car in a way that blocked the other vehicle's escape.

If Darius Miller is being charged with murder for giving his gun to a guy who then used it to kill someone, the dude who went and grabbed the gun and gave it to Miller is equally culpable. And the DA says 'nah, we couldn't charge him...'

Dafuq? It's just complete dereliction by the DA.

Yeah, he may get drafted. But truth be told, if what was discovered during the Miles hearing is even 70% accurate, the kid should go to prison.
