Offense isnt going to turn it over this much every game and theres some correctable things on defense to make them a top 20 unit. With some winnable games coming up I don't see reason to worry. [Reply]

What’s the excuse now? Also Spags claims they made it an offseason emphasis to fix the Red Zone defense and yet it looks even worse.
I admit the sample size is still small. But from what they’ve shown so far, this is the worst defense in the red zone in the history of the NFL. [Reply]

4)This first stretch of the season is particularly tough. It eases up some in a couple of weeks.
5)Willie Gay returns next week. That means less Niemann. Now if only Thornhill could get in the damned game and bench Sorensen.
6)Mahomes is still Mahomes.
Uh Nick Bolton is about the only young new player getting time on defense... [Reply]
Yes, we’re going to be fine. Couple of bad breaks and one score losses that we’ve gotten spoiled and accustomed to winning since the prodigal son arrived. It’s not like we’re getting destroyed. Only thing that can derail this team is injuries.
Even if one of the other teams manages to play above their heads the next 14 weeks and wins the division the Chiefs are still making the playoffs. Would anyone here bet against a healthy Chiefs team in the playoffs?
Poor personnel moves can't be fixed during the season. Talent level is not what we thought.
Going to be long season watching teams go for it on 4th down all the time because we suck. Today really showed how shitty the pass rush has gotten. [Reply]
Chargers WR’s helping their QB by making difficult catches on a windy day while Pringle and Kemp drop huge passes for Mahomes (Kemp basically dropped a likely TD that instead resulted in an INT). [Reply]

Did you actually watch the game?
Bolton
Hughes
Baker
Kaindoh
all either rookies or new to the team played significant snaps in the back 7.
Not to mention Niemann and Sorensen getting picked on consistently. [Reply]
