The lack of size is, in part, what got them this lead. UK's guards are running circles around KU's bigs and Dickinson looks completely out of place defensively. [Reply]

Wagner is doing absolutely nothing right now. Main damage is coming from Reeves and Dillingham with Thiero helping as well.
If I were Self, I’d feed Dickinson in the paint against Mitchell to exploit UK’s personnel. [Reply]

Becuase KU is playing a big who can't move/cover any of these guys. More size wouldn't help UK in this matchup the way it's playing out right now.

They were doing that but nobody on KU apparently knows how to make a post pass. [Reply]

UK’s outrebounding KU right now (which shouldn’t be happening).
More size would help to mitigate some of the damage Dickinson is doing. Edwards is also doing nothing.
Don’t think UK will be as hot from 3, but unless Dickinson goes off, I feel OK. [Reply]

I'm feeling better about them than the last few years. Still a problem in these kind of games where guys want to play hero ball at the end. If they had stuck to what they were doing the entire game, that's a W. When they get an inside presence, they should be tough.

Gotta learn from it and move on.
Dillingham and Sheppard fucked up big time at the end, but they wouldn’t have been in a position to win without them.
I like what this team can be if they get their bigs back. [Reply]

Get Bradshaw and Oneyenso healthy and this team is dangerous.
After what happened at the end of the half, i mentioned to my wife how bad they are at end of half/game play. I honestly can't remember the last time they had the ball with a chance to win (in this case tie) as the clock was running out, and they made a shot. It's been sooooo long. I've seen plenty of flubs though, tonite included.
I honestly don't recall that they've ever made a shot at the end of the game to win it under Cal. [Reply]
