At this rate Jackson County should give 50% of the Truman Sports Complex to Mahomes. Then he and the county could partner and build a new stadium. Would allow the Chiefs to pay Mahomes for rent and then take a hometown discount on the contract. I’m sure voters would approve what ever Patrick wants to build. [Reply]
This is why we are so blessed with the QB we have. He’s not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but he’s actually worth it. A lot of other teams are paying their QB far more than he’s worth because they have very few options. This is an example of that. [Reply]
