Oh please pick Denver. :-) Fleece these dumbfucks' into thinking you're worth 20 million AAV to salvage the absolute disaster of a transaction you already made with Russ so Payton can run the roster straight into the ground with horrendous team building. [Reply]
If Paton was anywhere near as good as you paint him as he wouldn't already be relegated to bitch to whoever ends up getting hired or just outright out of a job. [Reply]
Oh shit, Denver brought out the big guns for Payton. Rob Walton wasn't personally involved in the other interviews (as far as I know)
Some big news: "The interviews with the Texans and Broncos went well, according to sources. Payton was particularly impressed with the Broncos group, who he met with for several hours. He likes majority owner Rob Walton and the management team he has assembled in Denver." https://t.co/EFBJDUtqDA

Hell yes, a guy who can’t draft outside the top 5. And a guy who managed one SB with an elite quarterback, OL, and defense. He has none of the above in Dungver. Your teams desperation to win now is going to cost you in the short and long term. It’s gonna be beautiful! [Reply]
Bwahahaha trying to fluff up Paton then immediately posts a tweet confirming what a useless putz he actually is in the grand scheme of things to Denver now. [Reply]
Sorry, Penner. In the NFL there’s this thing called a salary cap. You can’t just buy an entire new team at your whim. Doesn’t work like that buddy. No matter how much $$$$$$ you got.
Besides, why would any elite FA wanna come to Denver and play with a 6-11 team with a declining aging QB? It’s not like they have a chance at a Super Bowl there.
They won’t even be able to win the division. [Reply]
:-) Even the poorest of owners can comfortably function within the salary cap. The fact that you seem to genuinely believe having Wal Mart $$$ gives the Broncos a competitive advantage is quite frankly fucking hilarious. [Reply]
