It is going to be really hard to beat his 7-3 record. So probably I will and that is ok.
We can probably have a better discussion after Sunday, he really needs this win. [Reply]

3-4 eras in 20 years? Uh, no. There isn't a new era every 5-6 years. He never faced anything like the late 90s Pistons. [Reply]

LeBron has dominated in both a slow, physical post up era (2003-2010), a transition era where teams began changing their playing style as 3 PT shooting teams like the Spurs/Warriors emerged (2010-2015), and now a pure three point run-and-gun era (2015-now). He can handle any style of basketball, he's one of the most physically gifted athletes we've ever seen. [Reply]
"LeBron was the most hyped athlete we've had in any sport. He hasn't just lived up to the hype, he's exceeded anyone's realistic expectations. ... I think this record stands the rest of my life."

The fact that MJ is that high on the career scoring list despite playing far fewer games than the other 4 guys is a testament to his dominance. [Reply]

I don't want to hate LeBron. He was my favorite player of this generation...I'm only seven months older than him... But he's devolved in a crying, grandstanding, crass, stat padder. I mean I'm watching the game excited for him to break the record but disgusted because he was blatantly playing on one end. He wasn't even thinking of challenging shots just looking for boards like it's some kind of shootaraound [Reply]
