Rodgers is smart. He knows that adding him to a team with a defensive mastermind who hold offenses like the Chargers and Chiefs to 16 points or less is lethal combination.
Unfortunately that's the key word. Now he wants the Steelers. [Reply]

Denver ran on them at will.
KC did a good job of protecting the ball. We had a stupid ST turnover, had a defensive TD called back, and our QB gave the Chiefs two gimme INT's.
“A defensive TD called back”
:-) What kind of mental gymnastics is this? You didn’t have a defensive TD called back. Your player picked up a dropped ball on an incomplete pass. It’s not even remotely relevant. [Reply]

The smarter move would be to trade for Watson.
Maybe they'll make a run at Russell Wilson.
If Denver makes a run at Rodgers they may not have to give up anything but 2022 picks, as they have 5 picks in the first two days of the draft next year.
Denver should get a few extra 3rd round picks in 2023 by letting Bridgewater and Melvin Gordon walk in free agency. [Reply]

Wilson was a great player but he is in decline.
He's getting old for a QB that depended on high mobility.
Still a nice player but might not even be a top ten QB by next year.
There is a reason I placed Murray ahead of him before the year started. [Reply]

No. Bridgewater is done as a starter, and Gordon is not getting a contract that big at his age. You really are completely ****ing clueless.
Gordon will probably get $7M-$8M per year, which isn't enough for a 3rd, but Teddy could get a $14M deal as a bridge QB for someone. Andy Dalton got $10M from the Bears and Teddy is better than that guy.
Melvin Gordon would be a perfect back for KC, actually. [Reply]

LOL!
Yeah, some NFL team is gonna sign Bridgewater and Gordon to mega NFL deals that qualify Denver to receive a couple 3rd round comp picks . . . .
