The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

The Bills were very worried about Spags putting Allen’s brains in a blender.
In their biggest game they deliberately wanted to take the ball out of Allen’s hands and run the ball more. [Reply]
Josh was incredible in the :13 game. Haven't watched all of his games, or probably even most of them, so maybe I missed his best game, but the :13 game was spectacular. [Reply]

Blaming him would be like blaming Mahomes for losing to Brady in the 2018 AFCCG
He was going against an injury hit secondary tbf but still in that game they punted FOUR TIMES and KC only punted twice despite Pat facing the number one ranked defense of that time. [Reply]

Can’t say I blame Allen too much. As a big dude, he won’t get those calls unless he sells for them.
Still looks like a bitch though.
Yeah, and I feel like Chris Jones gets it too because he's such a beast. [Reply]

The immortal game of his career is a loss. That's the point.
And because of that, I think you do have to rule on the bottom line and say that's not his immortal game. I'd say it's actually the Patriots win from that same year in the playoffs, and the Patriots didn't put up a fight at all. I give Josh credit for taking the Bills struggles against the Pats from the past 20 years and completely blowing it out of the water, but a perfect game in the wildcard round where you barely have to think about besting your opponent in a shootout isn't anything groundbreaking. [Reply]
It never is, man. And that's why I can't give a shit about Josh Allen no matter how spectacular he looks.
We do this stupid shit every year. Bills warm the hearts and vaginas of every casual NFL fan and become the popular SB pick by season's end, Josh looks great in the playoff game, and the Bills lose. It's not Josh's fault, and that fact is made known by EVERYBODY in the media. It's shouted out loudly and frequently. Some might even say it's shoved down our throats. "Not Allen's fault! Not Allen's fault!"
Enough with the crocodile tears. I don't care. I never did care, and I ESPECIALLY don't care now that he's getting older as a player. Let me know when Josh gets an actual signature win and slays an actual dragon. I figure he'll do it eventually, but thus far for being so goddamn great I haven't seen it yet.
Sorry, but dramatic impressive losses in the playoffs don't do it for me. He's way closer to Justin Herbert than he is Patrick Mahomes [Reply]

I was very concerned about our chances against them after that Patriots game. They looked unstoppable. Way more than they have this season imo but our guys stepped up big time. Imo that game was just one of Pat's many incredible performances. I rate it right up there. [Reply]
