The “dude” trying to explain why Houston over KU, mention Sasser not available for Houston, but they still played tough. I’ve heard nobody mention McCullar not playing for KU, or they were underestimating his value? Our D and O doesn’t function very well when he’s not on the floor. Admittingly, they should have showed more heart in that game last night.
Maybe this will make the whole team play with a chip on their shoulder. [Reply]
No way, we did get hosed on region but our bracket is much better for us than the rest. The only game I'm even worried about is Arkansas if they beat Illinois just because of how athletic they are. We get by Arkansas and it's cruise control from there. [Reply]

Not even getting into the danger that is Howard (and we will), they've got a ton of underseeded teams in their bracket: Arkansas (20 in KP) in R32, Connecticut (4 in KP)/St. Mary's (11 in KenPom) in S16, and UCLA (2 in KP) in E8.
Howard completely sucks. Wtf are you talking about
We got screwed cuz we dont get to play in KC and have UCLA in our bracket. However, UCLA lost their 3rd best scorer for the year and not sure if their big man will be able to play or not. [Reply]

You're severely overlooking Gonzaga, UConn, and TCU. [Reply]
So the committee chair cites Houston not having their best player as an excuse for not dropping them today, but Kansas plays without a starter AND their coach and nah off to Vegas they go!
Why don't we just schedule a bunch of shit teams in November and December now instead? Committee just told us it doesn't matter one bit.
Thats exactly why we should have rested our starters, too and tanked the first game of the Big 12. The committee would go well, they lost, but they rested their starters and it doesn't count.
Still absolutely sickening to me the committee takes into account health of players one way or another. You fucking earn your seed. It doesn't matter if Sasser was playing or not. They fucking lost. [Reply]

McCullar is arguably as important to KU as Sasser is to Houston, which makes the logic even funnier. Our team doesn't run properly if McCullar isn't out there. [Reply]
