And that #31 ranked defense isn't as bad as everyone thinks. You guys faced some high caliber offenses. Of course you guys are going to have bad stat defense. I live in KC. I know how everyone is feeling. This is not a confident fanbase. Give us a win Saturday and the following Sunday and we will be the most confident fanbase you've ever seen next year, and then we will be cocky ass pricks while we win 14 games and the Superbowl and your well-built team with $100 million cap-space falters every year in the AFCG.

Read the front page of this forum. Half the threads are about how we're doomed and cursed and what broke your and what's your worst memory etc. We know we have a good QB and offense. But when it comes to the playoffs, we're the opposite of cocky. [Reply]
All jokes aside, what ColtsFan283 isn’t understanding is that this approach is not the norm. You can dig through all the threads of the past if you want, this week is different than all others this season. We’ve played a scared game for far too long because of past demons that have nothing to do with this weekend. And we’re not gonna do it anymore.
This whole week for KC fans is about flipping history on its fuckin’ head and kicking it in the balls. I can’t speak for everyone else, but what I can say is that I am choosing to expect great things for the Chiefs because I am tired of the alternative. I am personally removing all negative energy from my thoughts, surroundings, etc. This is a fundamental necessity to move forward into a bright future of Chiefs football.
