Almost as dramatic as stating I’m going to fly a plane into a mountain holding a high ranking public official that I dislike.

I see Kyle Korver, which is still really really good. That’s a 15 year career right there.

I texted Fran that he is Glenn Rice

There’s a strong argument that guys like Selby or Diallo would’ve helped their stocks (or completely killed them) by coming back.

Dick is going to be a lottery pick. No point in coming back. Very little reward in coming back.

That’s actually a good comparison. Korver was a second round pick.

Hell, if he's just Kyle Korver (and he might be), that's amazing. That guy averaged 30 minutes a game as a starter for a really long time. Perfect player for a contender in the NBA in this era.

NBA drafts on potential and Dick is well ahead of where Korver was after his freshman year

I'll just point out that Korver wasn't doing anything like this as a freshman at Creighton (in an obviously much worse league). The ceiling is almost certainly much higher.

I see it's panic time. We'll never make it past the second round, prolly gonna pull the strongest 8 seed in tourney history

Can't look past that #16 waiting for us. Northern Kentucky is not a team to be trifled with.

Without looking up Korver’s draft class, I can probably assume that he easily goes in the lottery if teams could redraft that one.

Korver being way underdrafted isn’t exactly a knock on Dick.

Right, Selby couldn’t shoot and frankly wasn’t a good ball handler either. Just a powerful guy who could make cool slam dunks. He was a shorter poor man’s version of Lance Stephenson

Dick doesn’t need to work on defense or ball handling becasue he won’t be asked to do it. He shoots, he sticks in the league
