For all things Royals in 2022. #3 minor league system according to Baseball America. The Bobby Witt era should begin this year. Will Salvy still be the homerun king? How does the glut of infield players work out? Will the young pitchers take the next step?

2025 - $10,000,000
2026 - Free Agent

2018 - 102 games. .229 BA, 11 HR, .278 OBP
2019 - 139 games, .279 BA, 26 HR, .348 OBP
2020 - 44 games, .228 BA, 6 HR, .344 OBP
2021 - 144 games, .216 BA, 16 HR. .285 OBP

He is blocking other players. Royals don't like to throw away money, but they really need to give him one more chance but be prepared to cut their losses.
Santana, O' Hearn, and Dozier are a bunch of dipshits that shouldn't be on this team. If they weren't, then we'd have room for Pratto and Melendez.

He's definitely going to get pushed but his 2019 season was really good and he's a first round pick. He had a hand injury last year and put up okay numbers in the 2nd half as it healed. It's just like Soler, they aren't going to let a potential 30 HR guy walk away for nothing until they've absolutely exhausted his chances.

O'Hearn is getting his opportunity because . . . . . . . . . . . . . . yeah, I got nothing.

I’d love for him to start the season like a house on fire & then trade his ass. This needs to be the last season for Dozier, Santana & O’Hearn.

The state of Iowa has six MLB teams that are blacked out: the Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago White Sox, Minnesota Twins, Kansas City Royals, and Milwaukee Brewers.

Yeah...it's absurd. It's why fans need representation at the collective bargaining table. :-) The blackout rules are out of touch with the current moment in history.
