NFL statement: “The email from Jon Gruden denigrating DeMaurice Smith is appalling, abhorrent and wholly contrary to the NFL’s values. We condemn the statement and regret any harm that its publication may inflict on Mr. Smith or anyone else.” https://t.co/b9IUku9saH

He didn't get into that much hot water over the email from 10 years ago, they found many many more emails dating all the way up to 2018 when he was coaching the Raiders.
He called Goodell (who has a gay brother) a bundle of sticks and complained about the NFL pushing to draft Michael Sam and he also bitched about women refs and the pussification of the league.
I can imagine there is a lot more they are not letting out yet and that's how they leveraged him to resign.
There are no reports of any of these emails being sent when Gruden was an employee of the Raiders, the reports I have read specifically say "before he was hired by the Raiders." It is in fact possible for him to send an email dated 2018 before he was hired. Theres a reason why the league was handcuffed and needed the Raiders to get rid of him. [Reply]

So media is placing blame on Gruden for receiving topless pics that he likely had no idea were coerced. [Reply]

99% of the time the context is such that the person is not being racist and instead is being accused of it by someone looking to be a victim and discredit the person. [Reply]

Its the anti racist while being a racist movement.
Whats more racist? Saying someone has big lips or the Rooney Rule. [Reply]

That is because Dan Snyder (along with the Davis family, too, surprise surprise) is a member of a privileged tribe that also happens to control the media itself. [Reply]
