I've gone on record against trading for Metcalf. I think McLaurin would be cheaper and cost less when it comes to draft picks.

I'd rather the Chiefs aggressively use their draft capital to trade up in the first round and draft one of those stud WR's... there are like SIX WR's projected to go in the first round of the draft.

The only other veteran WR free agent I think the Chiefs should add is someone to help provide depth that is cheap... someone like a Sammy Watkins.

DK would be awesome but it makes NO SENSE. After trading Tyreek away we would have to give up the picks we got for him. After playing a season with Mahomes, DK would probably get MORE money than Tyreek.

This is why Franchise is saying no and everyone has to see this.

#Seahawks HC Pete Carroll said the team “intends” for DK Metcalf to be with them next season.

Carroll used the same word to describe Russell Wilson’s future at the Combine.

Metcalf is entering the final year of his contract and the WR market has �� in the last couple weeks.
