Talk about, report, and complain about weather here. It does not matter where you live. Talk about what you got. Snow, wind, hail, storms, virga, meatballs. Give information about what city is close to you. Pics are great too.
This map can be used by anyone and moved to your area. It is customizable for you and gives a lot of information.
I just saw Hockey Helmet Katie Horner on a KMBC web forecast. She's actually looking pretty hot. She's built for an old broad. And she's moist because there's potential bad weather tonight... [Reply]
It's 84.9 with a heat index of 94.8 and 76% humidity east of Manhattan KS. Reed Timmer is in the area and plans on storm chasing tornadoes later today.

The guy I talked to this weekend in southern NC said in a normal year (even this time last year, in the middle of COVID) they carry about 3 months of inventory, rental and buy, at any given time - about 1500 properties.
He said currently there are 485 properties available in his area, for sale or rent.
Jesus Dude.
Maybe look into building?
I'm sure builders are busy as all hell if that is the environment also.

Sorry man.
Hehe.
I asked him about that. New builds in that area are currently turning around in about 10 months - people are paying 10-15% over market and waiting almost a year for construction to even start. Plus the cost of building materials, it's not a good time to move, there are like zero options.
Now you know why I'm so bummed. This might be the worst time to move in my lifetime. [Reply]

I'm afraid you are going to have to move, rent, then look for a home. [Reply]
