2023 – A new beginning for the Royals. Matt Quatraro era begins. A year to see which of our young players will make up the core going forward. Can Bobby Witt Jr become a superstar SS or will go to the hot corner? Will Brady Singer take the next step forward? Will Salvy be Salvy? Will Big Vin or Pratto take first base? Will they find a position for MJ? Who else emerges from the youth movement? Not to mention the development of the new downtown stadium.

Frank White going to lose Royals and the Chiefs. Chiefs are just as frustrated as Royals are.
Just spoke to a stadium insider I am told its looking more & more likely that both the Royals & Chiefs will be leaving Jackson County. I am told BOTH teams are beyond frustrated w the county at this time. "We're FUC#ED" is the quote I was given. We're=Jackson County @610SportsKC

I am hearing that Royals are about to start entertaining offers from other municipalities. Is Clay a legitimate site, absolutely. Is Kansas trying to get them to the Legends in Wyandotte County, you bet they are. Many people think Royals are leaving Jackson County. Shame
Sure seems to be a lot of smoke coming from different places about Jackson County running the Royals and Chiefs off. I know Frank White can hold a grudge but I can't believe he'd let it get to that point. [Reply]
Told you they were considering Kansas or at least leaving that option open for negotiating power. Don't give these shitbirds anything. Call their bluff. Who do the fuck you think you are, The Chiefs? Well you aren't [Reply]
Coming up through the minors, Hampson had real promise as a hitter. He hit .300 or better at every minor league stop with low strikeout rates. His .326 average was second in the 2017 California League batting race.
The jump to the majors proved to be a real hurdle for him. He strikes out too much for a guy who doesn't hit for power. [Reply]

Exactly. We need a corner outfielder, instead we spend money on a utility guy who strikes out a quarter of the time and whose defense is regressing. It's rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. [Reply]
