Frank had himself a good day. Not great, not legendary, but a solid, good performance.
For example, did anyone notice that it was Frank that stopped that 2-point conversion attempt at the 4:24 mark in the first quarter? Frank is the one that initially got blown off the line, gathered himself, slipped around the block, and then chopped LJ's feet out from under him?
The Ravens only ran in his direction a few times, and several times (I want to say most but I haven't reviewed the game yet) he wasn't on the field for those runs.
The Thornhill almost-sack was set up by Clark's drive up field, dragging the tackle with him, creating that huge hole. Against almost any other QB that's a sack.
There was the almost-sack Clark would've had against just about any other QB where he beat his double team.
And of course the spin-move (anyone else notice that he didn't pull that move out of his hat until we just had to have a stop?) sack.
Those are just the ones off the top of my head. [Reply]
