In relation to the $12-20 new vinyl I typically buy, it’s a bit expensive. Especially since there’s no middle man and was mastered at a buddy’s hobby studio. It’s completely worth it though.

I buy $25-$35 IR/MFSL pressings fairly regularly, but u get what you're saying.
Back in the day, I would spend a whole day at Peach's records. Just listening to anything and everything. Compared to today going through youtube, takes all of the feeling out of the music. Letting your imagination interpret the music any way you feel. IMO

I grew up in KC, spent a lot time there too. In the early 80's Peach's was the biggest for vinyl. It wasn't until '85 or '86 they started selling cassettes, I still keep all my old stuff in the Peach's wooden creates.

Record Store Day is this Saturday. It's usually too big of a shit show for me to mess with in person, but here's the release list if it hasn't already been posted.
