This fake toughness bullshit is so stupid.
Knocking the best players out of the game so we can get boners off of watching big hits on ESPN
The best football is played with the best players on the field.
I guess you’re cool with juju and Mvs being target practice because the nfl has no interest whatsoever in protecting receivers. It’s bad for the game. You think we’re taking away the game by players not hitting. Yet have no issue with a fantastic close game played without a WR1 on the field because of something completely avoidable [Reply]
Bla bla bla RB's take more shots than anyone nobody is protecting them. But go on squirt your tears.
Play the fucking ball is your answer. That's a lob to the back line of the EZ you make a play 9 times out of 1o you get flagged. CB is taught to ride him oob or jar it loose. That kid did exactly what he was taught to do since he was a kid. He played it just as he was coached but hey let's make it impossible to stop the passing game. [Reply]

Play the ****ing ball is your answer. That's a lob to the back line of the EZ you make a play 9 times out of 1o you get flagged. CB is taught to ride him oob or jar it loose. RBs are not defenseless. If they get popped while trying to catch the ball, yeah, call it all day long. WRs are getting knocked out of games left and right this year and it’s gotta stop. Stop with the “impossible” to stop the passing game bullshit. What bigger advantage is there for any defender to be able to Tonya Harding their top player? You want to talk advantage? Georgia lost a few yards to a penalty. Ohio state lose a first round draft pick WR1 for the most critical stretches of the game. I get that the hit is borderline legal but that is part of the problem. You’ve got guys like Andre Cisco using their shoulder as a battering ram to a wide receiver who is for all intents and purposes blindsided by it.
So again tell me, are you cool with losing juju for multiple games potentially having two concussions a few games apart? Did you like losing kelce to a concussion in the playoff game? It’s very bad for the game. More and more players are coached ti “legally “ launch into WRs with their shoulders and if they’re coached that way, then change it. [Reply]
The uncomfortable truth is hits like this are not much different anymore than the one Derwin James laid on the colts that got him ejected, which most people supported. Twice in a few games we’ve seen a DB try to ram his shoulder onto kelce while he’s rolling on the ground. If that’s the case then change the emphasis. [Reply]
