Embiid is one of the best players in basketball history so if anybody would get the nod there it would be him for me. His impact was enormous even in his short time just figuring out how to play here. [Reply]

I don’t disagree. Withey gets the nod for me at the 5 just because he was so damn good for 2 straight years. [Reply]

I would say the knock on Embiid was that he was not healthy down the stretch.
So if you want to leave him off because of that fine.
But the way he was playing toward the end before health problems knocked him out was unreal for a freshman.
Really sad didn't have a chance to compete for a title with him. [Reply]

I will always wonder how that season goes if he stayed healthy. He was just otherworldly during conference play. [Reply]

with Wildon hitting some kind of wall, Dick getting hot in the tournament looks to be our best path for back to back championships. [Reply]

Or what would the NBA look like?
The Cavs would’ve taken Embiid to pair with LeBron and Kyrie Irving. I doubt they make the Kevin Love trade if they have a healthy young Embiid. [Reply]

Agbaji hit a couple of small walls late in conference play last year and to start the NCAA tournament. Luckily, our team was good enough to overcome until he regained form.
Hopefully, we see a similar trend from Wilson this year. Getting hot for the Big 12 Tourney and second half of the NCAA tournament. [Reply]

Yea.
I don't follow the NBA to closely, so correct me if I'm wrong.
But Embiid hasn't ever really been able to have what would be considered a normal amount of practice for a NBA player between all his different injuries? [Reply]

Lebron was trading who the fuck ever. He didn't want any part of rookie learning curves. Wiggins just won a title as the 2nd best player. It's not like he's some schlub.

Him and Heinrich were fucking NASTY. They played so damn fast. [Reply]
