Our friend (plays a Marvel character whose name rhymes with Laptain Smarter) went through some brutal conversations with casting folks around the age Moriarty is now. Consistently told: "You need to lose 2 dress sizes" when she was a size 2/3 with an E cup and also told if she didn't start doing gratuitous scenes, too, it was going to get harder and harder to find major Hollywood roles.
Thankfully, she has found a lane that seems to be very fulfilling and has a good level of success, but it wasn't easy.
This is the gross shit I'm talking about.
The exact sexual predation and shallow and hypocritical morality of the people preaching to us non-stop about race and morality when the whole power center of the industry is full of pandering rapists and soul destroyers.
It's disapointing to see the star of the show helping to point this immorality out bending the knee to it's preferences. It's even worse to know that from everything I've seen the actress is actually a really good person as well. [Reply]
I watched the first three seasons over the last two weeks or so. This is a wonderful satire. For anyone who says you can't do comedy anymore, this stands in stark contrast.
Also, I think if you gave Compound V to this website, it would be Soldier Boy. What a hilariously toxic, enjoyable asshole. [Reply]

Never said anything about no longer watching the show, but I know this might be shocking to you, you don't have to love every decision the writers/showrunners make.
Randomly making a seemingly straight character gay and throwing in a gay love story in S4 is a stupid decision.
Like I told you in the other thread, fuck off. [Reply]

Holy fuck... I posted an article that talks about the creators thoughts on people just now noticing the "woke agenda". I'm not telling you that you have to love every aspect of it.
How the hell you didn't see that little Frenchman that fucked like a rabbit being BI coming at you from this show... is beyond me.

You are an small angry man.
When did i say that I'm "just now noticing the woke agenda" in the show? Or what about what I said would indicate that is the case? I know it's always been there. Hasn't stopped me from enjoying the show. This was just a stupid fucking choice.
And I didn't see him being Bi because we're literally 4 seasons into the show and there hasn't been a single indicator that he is. I like to fuck like a rabbit too, doesn't mean I'm bisexual, idiot. So basically all you have is that he's French. [Reply]

Maybe I'm misrembering but didn't he start off in a throple relationship at the beginning of the first season? [Reply]

You mean the throuple with Cherie and Jay? The same Jay that he referred to as “my Dorthy”? Never mind he wanted to have trans strippers at MM’s bachelor party.

Yup…. all I have is that he is French.
First off, you didn't say any of this. The first example was posted by the guy you quoted, and you said nothing about the trans strippers until now.
I must've missed those two hints, as one was all the way back from S1 and also very subtle. The fact that you didn't remember them at first speaks volumes. That's the thing about subtlety. People don't mind shit when it's subtle, it's the in your face shit that is off putting.
But I stand corrected.
That doesn't mean that I have to enjoy the gay storyline either though. I know you're a bundle of sticks that considers yourself on the spectrum of sexuality, but it's totally normal for straight men to be disgusted by it.
Doesn't mean I can't enjoy the show still, although the first episode wasn't very good even ignoring all of that. Watching 2 & 3 tonight and hoping they're better. [Reply]
