About to hit the 5000 post mark on the old thread, the first season 7 trailer today seems like the right time to start the final Game of Thones thread.
I'm going back to the original rules pre-2015. I don't think we need supervision or bannings. Just don't be a dick. Post anything you find online that hasn't aired yet inside of spoiler tags. That's pretty much it. I think we can all handle that...

It's funny to me because I hated Episode 3 much more than Episode 4. I'm just resigned to the shitty plot at this point and ready to see it end, so I guess my level of investment has waned a bit.
and yet Episode 3 was the highest rated show ever on HBO. You think HBO cares about IMDB or the highest number of new subscribers ever after episode 3? [Reply]

Eh, it might not matter now, but apparently they're planning a bunch of spinoffs. People are watching now because they are invested in the story, but if this series ends in a giant steaming pile of dog shit, interest in those spinoffs is going to plummet. [Reply]
Nicolaj Coster-Waldau was photographed while costumed with the rest of the cast in a King's Landing scene with a disposable cup circa Season 3 or 4. [Reply]

It's just become a symbol for people's views on this season of the show - especially of the leaks are correct.
All I'll say is that if they're true, I don't know how George hopes to pull this off in only 2 books if he really wants to be the one who pens the finish of the series. [Reply]
