They'll support suspending him after the tournament and not a day before. [Reply]
My opinion of the situation may or may not be heavily influenced by how it may impact the Kansas Jayhawks Mens Basketball Team (my favorite collegiate basketball program). [Reply]

When you actually look at this list of top coaches in college basketball, you can really see the giant chasm between Self and whoever you think is second best.
When was the last time that there was one coach this far ahead of everyone else? We’ve had Roy, K, Self, Wright, etc for so long at the same time, that you might have to go back to the Wooden days. [Reply]

It's nuts.
The Royals and KU won championships before I was 10, but from then until 2015 it was...
'01 Avalanche (but I was just getting into hockey, so not close to KU/Chiefs/Royals at the time)
'02 Avalanche WCF
'02 KU FF
'03 KU FF
'08 KU
'12 KU FF
And then...
'14 Royals WS
'15 Royals
'18 KU FF
'18 Chiefs AFCCG
'19 Chiefs
'20 Chiefs SB
'20 KU
'21 Chiefs AFCCG
'22 KU
'22 Avalanche
'22 Chiefs

I remember when Roy left, the top choices being floated around were Mark Few, Tom Crean, Brey at ND and Self. God, could you imagine if they went with Brey or Crean? [Reply]
Down goes Virginia. Remember when I thought we would go undefeated entering the Austin, TX game? Looks to be likely. I hope that game is for an outright Big 12 title.
The overall #1 seed is ours. I secretly covet that as much as any National Title. It's harder to do. [Reply]
Alabama is down 3 with 4 minutes to go to the #223 team in the country (by KenPom). Win or lose, they have no business being seeded in front of us. [Reply]
