We have the best team in the division, and probably won't win the division. No team will probably win the division. Hardest AFC West Ive ever seen in my lifetime. [Reply]
10-7 isn't outside the realm of possibility, but there's no way in hell Reid loses to the Raiders in week 18 in a win-and-you're-in playoff scenario.
I will say, he does have the typical "Reidian run" in there, as Clay coined it. That 5-0 run from week 7-week 12 would be very Andy, especially with a couple big Ws over the LA teams. [Reply]

In other words, he's one of the most inept, fucking retarded front office people in the history of the league, and has no business sharing his opinions on TV. [Reply]

I think every network has to hire a gigantic screwball dipshit ex-coach/GM for their football coverage. It's a rule or something with them. It's gotta be.
Even Doug Whaley got a gig on NFL Network radio. Yes, the guy who traded us the draft pick that became Patrick Mahomes. He actually goes on radio and gives opinions as if he knows jack shit. [Reply]

I just think they're ripe for a down year.
Hmm, idk. They've got an elite QB, a good defense and some strong offensive weapons. They also play in a weak division in a weak conference. I just don't see it based on that and these counterpoints:
They elevated Bowles to HC so it isn't a totally new face.
Brady was never really out. Guy retired for like 2 weeks lol
They lost a couple offensive linemen, good ones, for sure. They also got Shaq Mason for peanuts so I don't think that situation will have as big of an impact.
I'm thinking Gronk will come back; he just wants to miss training camp. [Reply]
It's kind of funny. For as long as Chiefs fans have been pissed off about this franchise, we're kind of one of the more successful ones out there.
First of all, there are like 10-ish NFL teams that have never won a single Super Bowl.
We're nowhere near the prestige of an organization like the Patriots, Steelers, or 49ers but I think we're probably just a step or two down from there.
Inside our division, we've also got the most wins (as noted by KChiefs1) and we have a winning record all-time against the Broncos, Chargers and Raiders. The Broncos and Raiders both have 3 SB wins each, the Chargers none. We really just need to catch up to the other two in that aspect and I'd say we're the creme de la creme of the division, historically speaking. [Reply]
