Check NE strength of Schedule by week.
At home. Kansas City didn't play anyone tough at home, other than the Chargers, who beat them.
I only brought that up to bring context to this "Chiefs defense is so much better at home" narrative. Of course it looks good against the competition you played at home. [Reply]

Williams has 23 catches.
But thanks for proving my point. Hunt has had the far more explosive plays (especially against us, who he has burned on the ground and through the air in the previous two meetings). Williams' longest catch went for 32. [Reply]

Tell Tom I'd tongue kiss his wife on the south mouth though, there is no way a vegan doosher like him is taking care of business at home.
You enjoy thinking of Tom's penis. Duly noted. [Reply]
Let's not pretend you wouldn't gobble old Tom's pee pee to share an uber ride.......
I was referring to his wife's poor, unattended Lady garden. Seems there are only pics of him mouth kissing little boys and old men. I'll bet he takes Kraft to pound town though. [Reply]

Williams has started 3 games. Hunt started 11. Hunt had a catch rate of 75%. Williams has a catch rate of 95%.
Your "point" is silly.
This offense is death by 1000 cuts. The fact that you're hung up on Kareem hunt is telling. [Reply]

Williams' longest catch is 32 yards. His next longest is 12. Where are the explosive plays from him? His best receiving game was 74 yards against a team that gives up the most passing yards of anyone in the league, and gave up more than all but one team in the last decade - LAC. Other than that, he hasn't had more than 37 receiving yards in a single game.
Sorry, but he is not the threat that Hunt was. Not even close. [Reply]

The great thing about the Chiefs' offense is that they don't need Williams to be a carbon copy of Hunt in order to beat the Pats on Sunday (or any other team). And they don't need to replicate the game plan from week six. From week to week, the Chiefs have seen different offensive players have big games. Hill/Kelce/Watkins/Williams/et al. This is due to their individual talent as well as having Mahomes under center and Reid calling plays. The Chiefs didn't need to throw a TD to curb stomp the Colts. They didn't need Williams to have a break-away reception to curb stomp the Colts. Reid will crush the Pats defense if they go light. Williams is only one tool in Reid's toolbox. Hill and Watkins are deadly, big play options in the run game. If Williams does what he did against the Colts, the rest of the offense should be in good shape. The real question for the Chiefs will be how the defense performs. Recent changes in the secondary are gelling and the defense seems to be improving over the last few weeks. Arrowhead will be rocking and that's not going to help the Pats' offense. Especially the o-line on passing downs. Brady might need to wear two flak jackets. Should be a great game. [Reply]

The Patriots under Bill/Brady have only given up 40+ points 7 times since 2001, 3 of those times have come from the Chiefs.
Jamaal/Hunt/William it doesn't make a difference. We scheme your defense to death. You don't have the players or scheme to keep up with us.
Patriots' secondary is playing at a way higher level than in any of those games. All 3 of those games came early in the season, and in two of those games we played a large percentage of zone, as we usually do early on in the year. Both defenses will play almost exclusively man coverage on Sunday, only we've got a 1st team All-Pro plus several other highly rated players in our secondary, and you've got at BEST a mediocre secondary, and realistically much worse than that. What explains your secondary's turd burger against the high-flying Titans offense just two months ago? [Reply]

I hope you are just dumb, because this right here will ensure you lose the game.
You do not have the players to play man vs us. This isn't the chargers recieving core.
Sammy Watkins
Tyreek Hill
Travis Kelce
Damien Williams
backed up by
Kelvin Benjamin
Damarcus Robinson
Conley
You can mix man to man into zone concepts, and zone blitz packages. But you are not (And we are not) going to play straight man to man. [Reply]
