It's tastier - the bread is better. At least it was 20 years ago. Hardees sourdough bun is big and fluffy - like french toast or a grilled cheese sandwich.

JitB is kinda lame iirc - the bun doesn't hold up to the tomato or all the mayo they drench it in.

I respect hardees because theyve doubled down on being a glutinous fast good restaurant. Around the Walmart was taking huge flack in the supersize me movie about being so unhealthy lots of fast food places started marketing healthy options. At the same time Hardees introduced bigger sloppy burgers and had scantily clad beautiful women eating them in their commercials.

I eat at Hardees like once a year. Last year I had a Big hot ham and cheese and fries. Pretty good meal.
