Clemson. Woof.
I wouldn’t worry too much about Miami. Unless you had a notion that you were on Bamas level.
Russillo had Brad Edwards on his podcast and he very succinctly laid out how much better the top of college football is than everyone else. It changes slowly, but a decade or so ago it was possible for 20 to knock of 1. Now, it just doesn’t happen. Alabama can lay a total egg and win by 10.
Edwards wrote a book on Bamas dominance. Some of the stuff he talked about is absurd.
Unless you’re a fan of a top team a lot of the things that made it fun are gone. Rivalries are still there if realignment hasn’t fucked that up.
This is all coming from a relative outsider. KU hasn’t been relevant in years. [Reply]

I didn't expect them to beat Alabama, but just being completely overwhelmed and intimidated from the start was frustrating as that's happened in Miami's recent big games going back to last year vs Clemson, UNC and Oklahoma State in the bowl game... getting immediately blown out of the game. [Reply]

I hear you. Loud and clear.
Listen to Russillos podcast. Edwards made a lot of sense. Probably won’t help other than to know you’re not alone. But it’s a good listen. [Reply]
