Healthy Mahomes with a good OL = Super Bowl contender

Might as well keep the OL strong and extend Mahomes’s career as long as possible to give the Chiefs as many Super Bowl opportunities as possible.

Each season is a lottery ticket with like a 1 in 6 chance of winning it all in that scenario. Just keep giving him chances, and we’ll cash in at least a few more times.

Over the past 5 years Hopkins PFF grades have plummeted. I don't believe the Titans overpaid however.

2018- 92
2019- 87
2020- 87
2021- 80
2022- 72

I'm feeling better about this bundle of sticks signing with TEN.

Mahomes has elevated teams beyond bad defenses and somewhat average weapons. The one thing even Mahomes can’t completely negate is a bad OL.

I see Toney like a significantly cheaper Watkins.

Supremely talented, but constant injury issues. Hoping for 12 regular season games and being healthy for the postseason.

Good news is that it’s a risk worth taking for his price. Watkins was making too much to be a gamble.
