The Royals will receive RHP Henry Williams from the Padres as part of the return for Scott Barlow, per source. Williams is San Diego's No. 10 prospect per @MLBPipeline.
So apparently they had offers for Singer and Hernandez they just didn't get quite what they wanted and Miami offered the right players for Perez the money wasn't right so yea Miami wanted the Royals to eat some money which isn't surprising. [Reply]
