So there's an article on NFL network saying that Orlando Brown is expected to sign for 6 years $145 mil.
That comes to $24.16 mil/yr and makes him the highest paid offensive lineman in football. It also would give him the 19th highest salary per year in the NFL
How would you feel if that is the contract he ended up signing?
I'm fine with it. He is a top 5 LT and he's only 26 next season. A young great LT is a guy you can't let leave. [Reply]
PFF still has OBJ graded high. I'm guessing they graded that a lot of those pressures were more on coverage than on him. Maybe not wins but not losses.
If they got one score right it's Thornhill who was liquid sh*t. After the Cards game I was super excited for him but imo he's been a massive disappointment. Big thing for me is his tackling is just awful. [Reply]

Sneed and McDuffie was incredible all night. [Reply]

Sneed is a beast every game. Not sure on McDuffie if it was how good he played or how poor the Tennessee WRs and QB were. Either way it’s better than getting embarrassed by that same group. [Reply]
Yup - he's not a downhill saver so I can accept some missed tackles, but he can't get run over like last night. He's gotta slow guys up so his teammates can really to the ball but he just wasn't. Not a good evening for him. [Reply]

It's possibly even better than that. McDuffie's coverage grade is 79. Lockdown. It's the run grade that's killing defence grades mainly. Karlaftis' is 38 or something. Yikes. I mean obviously take it for what it is [Reply]
Other grade I'd say PFF got right is Nnadi. I know we've all seen it but they've just got to get him out. Imo it's every bit as much a problem as the anaemic DEs. If Nnadi could do the one thing he's paid to do we give the DEs far more opps to pin their ears back. [Reply]

Chenal missed badly on a couple too, specifically the 50 yard pass in the first series. I may be remembering incorrectly but I think it was him. [Reply]

There was one, think it was the TE maybe not Henry. Chenal looked like he got there early and wrapped but a load of players smashed in and he slipped off. You could see the frustration afterwards. Weirdly I think if it was a solo tackle he'd have made it. [Reply]
You can see Mahomes see OBJ getting manhandled and rush his throw
Now I'm not the biggest OBJ fan and think he should of been traded before the deadline BUT to be fair if you watch the video in slow mo...you will see McKinnon do a OLEY Bullshit on a bump block before he ran out for a pass. Was it designed that McKinnon helped OBJ? If so he got an F. [Reply]
