I see a hickey in both set of pictures. The set from the hospital and the set from what I'm assuming is the next day. There's no marks to the front of her neck on the hospital pics but some faint marks the next day. Savagely choked twice? I don't think so.

One mark looks like a hickey.

She has another mark lower on her neck, near her collarbone. That one does not look like a hickey. But well could've been caused by the shirt being torn.
