I agree... the players can be replaced fairly easily, the R5 for a R4 is fine. Losing 2 R1 and 2R2 is a good price for a guy that's 33 and with his background. And, Denver still has a R2 pick this year with multiple R3 and R4 picks.

Agreed. It was a fair trade. I'd have thought Seattle would have gotten more. If I'm Denver, I'm happy. Also, if I'm Denver, I'd rather have Wilson anyway. Definitely not as good short term, but much better over the long haul. Wilson might be able to give them 5-6 years of very good QB play. They'll be able to make up for the lost draft picks during that time. Rodgers likely would have not played as long or afforded them that same chance over time. [Reply]
