To Texans, the DFW area is small compared to the rest of Texas.
But you are correct, it's stupid to think DFW is a small market! [Reply]
Got to love strange spring training rules. We had bases loaded with Santana up and Texas just said they were done for the inning, pitch count too high lol. [Reply]

Whaaaat? I live here. I have no idea what this means. And no...we are not small market at all. The Rangers approach is super easy to understand. They are hyper-conservative, fiscally and the owner definitely treats the Rangers like a business in which he wants to maximize profits. People go to the games, regardless (Covid season not withstanding). [Reply]
Suely Matias hit a ball today that was estimated at 500 feet. I want to see the video, but they said it destroyed a palm tree out beyond the bullpen, Matheny said its the farthest he has ever seen a ball hit, he thought it was over 500. [Reply]
Steve Stewart said he's never seen a ball hit further at Goodyear Ballpark than this blast from Seuly Matias. Steve Physioc estimated it at 450 feet. (video courtesy of @Royals) #Royalspic.twitter.com/GgXhnRpPOg
