In today's long drive drill, the first-team defense has clearly been Mathieu/Sorensen as the first two safeties and Hitchens/Gay as the two linebackers. Mike Hughes started as CB3 but Deandre Baker has worked in.

I initially wasnt worried but if the season rolls around and he still isnt getting in much i would have to wonder if he just doesnt understand the concepts or something. Even hurt he was as talented as Dan.

Man, if Hughes & Baker both work out well, we will have a great rotation of CB's. 4 deep, fresh legs all game long and depth if someone goes down so we don't have to trade the farm or pick up an elderly FA midseason.
