Clark is a better player but Ford is still a great player, Ford needs to stop being the scapegoat for the 2018 season anyway. He's not the one that let Edelman catch the ball 5x on the same route on 3rd down.
That all won't matter in a few weeks when Mahomes holds the Lombardi though. [Reply]

Dee Ford is a great PASS RUSHER. His first step is ELITE.
That's cool.
He's hurt ALL THE FUCKING TIME. like UNAVAILABLE HURT. He's had ONE mostly healthy season since his rookie year.
That sucks.
He's SHITTY against the run.
I've literally seen him blocked by a WR on a sweep in the play-off game against the Colts. A FUCKING WR just planted his ass. It'd be one thing if it was just one time, but teams routinely just ran right the fuck at him.
That also sucks.
And IF your OT meets that elite first step in good balance and body control, then Dee Ford gets STONED. He either has you immediately or you can run him right out of the play because he never really developed anything other than that speed rush. He's a very incomplete player; and is not particularly physically strong.
And so no, he is not more than half of the player Clark is. He's almost EXACTLY half the player Clark is. [Reply]

This is outright silliness on two counts ... were it not for Ford;
Firstly, those 3rd downs would never have occurred in the first place.
Secondly, Mahomes would be holding his second Lombardi.
I like Frank Clark’s comments. You know he means it and will be ready to fight. Hopefully the rest of the D takes the same attitude. Fuck Derrick Henry. [Reply]

He's probably just sick and tired of hearing about how Henry is going to tear our asses apart on Sunday. I don't blame him, I'm sick of it too. It just seems like the 4th quarter of the Texans curbstomping wasn't even over before everyone started talking about how many yards Henry is going to run for on us.
He's a good RB, but he's not the fucking Terminator. Frank is just letting everyone know that the Chiefs D still plans on showing up so don't crown the Tits just yet. [Reply]
