So there's an article on NFL network saying that Orlando Brown is expected to sign for 6 years $145 mil.
That comes to $24.16 mil/yr and makes him the highest paid offensive lineman in football. It also would give him the 19th highest salary per year in the NFL
How would you feel if that is the contract he ended up signing?
I'm fine with it. He is a top 5 LT and he's only 26 next season. A young great LT is a guy you can't let leave. [Reply]

I'll step it back even further stating the guy who traded premium picks for OBJ is dumber. This is who OBJ always was, and the fact that they traded multiple high picks and even offered a contract over $100 million speaks volumes. At least he didn't accept the contract, avoided making the trade as bad as the multiple picks and expensive contract given to Clark. At least Clark had a great run in his first year to help win us a super bowl, OBJ has been mostly ass since he got here. [Reply]

We got a 2nd rd pick back. So we basically traded down half a round for OBJ.
We had no options. Zero. He was by far the best available option at the time.
Also drafted Bolton, Creed and Smith with the picks. [Reply]
