Garzazos Italian downtown- best little place good Italian food for KC standards
Stockhill Grill- Pretty good steak nice atmosphere
I went to Slaps this past weekend and it was just okay. The burnt ends were very good. The brisket was average to below average. The sauces were below average. The mac & cheese was very good; the cole slaw was sub-par. It wasn't a place I'd go out of my way for to be brutally honest.
The uber driver said Jack Stack is way better, the #1 BBQ in town, and Joe's is overrated from being featured on a Guy Frieri TV show episode and also isn't anything special. [Reply]

Jack Stack is good when it's on. I prefer Q39 and KC Joes but it's still good [Reply]
