Awesome work, thanks. So the data actually backs up the OP's superstition. Carol Channing performed and sang in IV. But in the first Superbowl there might have been some female marching band members, but no females singing.
Chiefs with female singer at halftime: 3-0
Chiefs without female singer at halftime: 0-2
Sounds like Miley Cyrus is the favorite for Superbowl 58. Travis might also need to urge Taylor to reconsider her stance at some point. [Reply]
I gave up all superstitions when we won our SB with Patrick. I realized in that moment that we’ve lost plenty of games when I was wearing my “lucky shirt and hat”. Patrick is the curse breaker, and there’s no superstition that he doesn’t have the mojo to kill. [Reply]
I haven't changed my avatar because this was the avatar I had when I saw the Chiefs win their first Superbowl (in my lifetime). That's about as superstitious as I can get. [Reply]

It was a marching band. Also, they did a re-enactment of some Revolutionary war battle, complete with cannons. Pretty epic...and funny as hell. There's video out there of it. [Reply]
Usher? Isn't that like, the equivalent of some 90's rock band or something? I dunno, I'm old and white so I'm not up on the scene, but I remember my 32 year old daughter listening to him in junior high... [Reply]
