The @Royals Chairman also says if the @Chiefs are on board, he doesn’t believe a @JacksonCountyMO sales tax extension vote would fail. They appreciate the Royals taking the bullets for this conversation, Sherman said. @fox4kc

I don't care one bit about this franchise anymore. We had our run, but draft after draft since 2015 (maybe even earlier) has just been full of crap. We whiffed on last year and there's really not one young guy on the current roster that I would be disappointed if we traded him.
I would be slightly optimistic if we cleaned house, but JJ just seems like Dayton part 2. **** Sherman, let the team move if he wants to try to force taxpayers hands for something that is only going to make the team more valuable for him to sell. [Reply]
