I think if Hopkins was cool with the Patriots or Titans he would sign one of those deals. It would have happened.
Maybe he's just waiting until closer to training camp. But it seems a lot more likely to me that he's waiting to see if a team with a real chance to win the Super Bowl can make cap space to add him. [Reply]
