Do we? I think we just need the offense to move the chains regularly and take care of the ball. This isn't the same football team as the last three years. Our defense is undeniably a strength at this point. [Reply]
We are in the KC golden era of this rivalry with 12 wins against the Donkeys. Soak it in y'all. I never thought this was possible in my childhood. I can only hope the Broncos keep rolling out the Marty plan. Pat's stat lines may look ugly against it, but we're seeing how it plays out over and over again. [Reply]

So many people out there whose entire lives revolve around watching football who don't know jack shit about it. It's like their brains can't absorb complex information or something [Reply]
Nobody should be complaining about this performance. The Chiefs controlled this game from the first series and never allowed Denver to even think it had a chance. It was domination, just of a different kind than we've become used to.
The weather, the constant 1-2 score lead throughout, as well as the defensive system Denver was employing also had a lot to do with the Chiefs not putting up a lot of points today (and also some dropped passes). If the Chiefs were tied and/or behind at any point, I think you see a lot more risks taken. But there was never any reason to do that.
Ultimately the Chiefs are tied for the lead in the AFC after tonight. Time to stop bitching. [Reply]

Appreciate it.
It's wild to me because the strengths of KC and Denver were practically reversed from 2012-2014. Do people think we were having mass celebrations here when we were the first team in 2012(?) to hold Peyton under 20 points?
No, it was a cesspit. Because we lost 17-9. Everyone should be familiar with Denver's team right now, and I can only hope they continue to double down with it and give Bridgewater an extension if he ends up with an Alex stat-line at the end of the year. If they go full Marty, sometimes they may actually beat us, too! Hell, Marty was like 5-12 with KC against Elway -- but in the big games, like this one, we're always going to be the favorite for a reason. This style of team/play has just not yielded the results against Patrick that everyone said it would since 2018. [Reply]
