This morning at 6am PST, we received images labeled States Evidence & Court Transcripts from Tyreek's March 9, 2015 Probable Cause hearing. You can read about how Tyreek asked Crystal to leave his place on 12/11/14 before stuff went down & more .... https://t.co/jz0Hqj052i

In addition to asking for a paternity test, Espinal is seeking sole legal custody of the twins and asks that Tyreek Hill "pay appropriate child support." She also asks that Hill have "supervised parenting time" with the children.
I don’t want the kids to suffer in any way, but it would be nice if the child support is based on Tyreek”s current earnings. He can still give them as much money as he wants outside of the child support. [Reply]
My source: “Crystal is off her rocker. State of KS reportedly wants to limit her custody and she took it to court. This is good news for Hill. If he fights, he can introduce his recorded statement about 2014 incident to publicly clear his name, just not legally.”

If this were true she would be the defendant in the case. [Reply]

Espinal filed a petition to determine paternity, custody, residency, parenting time and child support Thursday.
In court documents, Espinal asks for custody of the twins, because she and Hill “are not married, never have been married, and do not intend to be married.”
She requests that the court determine Hill’s paternity and give her “sole legal custody and residency of the minor children,” according to court documents.
It further asks the court to set a schedule for “supervised parenting time” and force Hill to “pay appropriate child support.”
A separate court filing asks for a motion to seal the case “due to the public personas and the notoriety and publicity that has been engendered by the parties’ actions, which resulted in a previous case being sealed for the protection of the parents’ older child.”
Seems like a good deal for both sides. They can probably negotiate that supervised time to be unsupervised but other than that, this looks like a decent compromise. [Reply]

Uh... Would you want the world to know about court cases involving your kids? Positively or negatively? [Reply]
